The paper is  a Quality Hahnemühle matte finish and comes with a white, one inch border.
The sizes listed are the image size and do not include the border.
For example:
Total print size 30x30" (76.2cm x 76.2cm) with minimal borders, image size would be 73.2cm x 73.2cm
Total print size 20x20" (50.8cm x 50.8cm) with minimal borders, image size would be 47.8cm x 47.8cm
It will be stamped, numbered and a certificate will be attached to each print for authenticity

We recommend waiting until the piece is in hand before ordering a frame, to ensure an exact and professional finish.
